Metaldehyde Stewardship Group

The Metaldehyde Stewardship Group has formed as an industry led voluntary approach to manage the issue of metaldehyde in water. The Metaldehyde Stewardship Group comprises Lonza, Certis, Chiltern Farm Chemicals, De Sangosse, Doff Portland, Frunol Delicia and Makhteshim Agan (UK) Limited.

The Aim

The aim of the group is to promote and encourage best practice with metaldehyde slug pellets, to minimise environmental impacts and in particular protect water.
